Egomaniacal rapper Combs once fellated self with birthday clip

AUGUST 31--In advance of the October release of his new album, Sean "Diddy" Combs has been posting videos on YouTube offering a purported glimpse into his gilded private life. For example, we've seen him musing on the joy of bacon and eggs and the perils of morning breath. This sort of promotion is nothing new from the crass Combs, who has long used the corpse of Notorious B.I.G. for marketing purposes (call it "Weekend at Biggie's"). So TSG dug into its archive for this ego-stroking video Combs produced as an invitation to his 29th birthday party. Stocked with celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Derek Jeter, Ellen DeGeneres, and Ben Stiller, the 5:37 video is almost as nauseating as watching Combs opine about the pleasure of releasing a full bladder into a urinal.
