NOVEMBER 1--Straight from the New York Police Department's controversial hip-hop dossier, here's a pedigree sheet on Tyran Smith, the 32-year-old Jay-Z crony who allegedly sprayed the mace in R. Kelly's face. According to the NYPD report, the pint-sized Smith (5' 4"/135 pounds) has been popped a couple of times for minor vehicular offenses. (1 page)
