This is the affidavit filed in support of the federal search warrant executed April 22 at the Miami home of Elian Gonzalez's relatives. Immigration and Naturalization Service agent Mary A. Rodriguez stated that there was "probable cause" to believe that the Cuban boy was being "unlawfully restrained" at the home of his great-uncle, Lazaro Gonzalez. This partially redacted affidavit was one of several raid-related documents released April 24 by the Department of Justice. (8 pages)
