In this FBI wiretap, Frank "Frankie California" Condo gives fellow Mafia soldier Federico "Fritzy" Giovanelli an on-scene report from the raucous Greenwich Village Halloween Parade. The famous street party/drag queen extravaganza passed by Condo's lower Manhattan apartment, where the wiseguy apparently watched in wide-eyed wonder.
