This is the March 6 indictment filed against Juanita Lozano, the Texas woman accused of anonymously leaking Bush campaign material to a representative of Al Gore. Lozano, a former employee of Bush's media consultant, allegedly mailed 120 pages of debate preparation material and a 60-minute videotape of a Bush prep session to a Gore aide. She faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of fraud, false statements, and perjury charges. (12 pages)
