City bomber Timothy McVeigh would prefer to have his
"religious, ethical and philosophical" beliefs honored
post-mortem. The mass murderer does not want an
autopsy performed following his scheduled May 16
execution at the federal prison in Terre Haute,
Indiana. So he struck
this March 9 agreement with the local coroner, a deal
that now needs the approval of the federal judge
