Since TSG readers were so receptive to our first collection of "foxy felon" mug shots, we're presenting a second group of willowy and wanton young cons. These nubile criminals--none of whom is older than 23--have been convicted of crimes like selling cocaine, grand theft, and trafficking in stolen property.
