Like most Americans, TSG loves Oprah Winfrey (and prays that Stedman will soon make her an honest woman). But we think the Queen of All Media tarnishes her crown (and free speech cred) with the confidentiality rules she has established for employees of her Harpo Productions. While not as nutty as the Tom Cruise/Nicole Kidman gag, Winfrey's No Comment-or else edict seems lame coming from such a media heavyweight. This excerpt from Oprah's employee manual surfaced recently as part of an Illinois lawsuit filed against Winfrey by a former producer of her afternoon TV show. (3 pages)
