This is the June 27 felony complaint filed against Paula Poundstone by the Los Angeles District Attorney. Prosecutors charged the 41-year-old comedian with three counts of performing a lewd act upon the body of a girl under the age of 14. She was also hit with one count of child abuse (which allegedly involved two boys and two girls). Poundstone was released from the Santa Monica jail after posting $200,000 bail. We've also included the DA's press release announcing the bust. Nice to see that the prosecutors were so generous in their description of her as "Popular stand-up comedian." We're now searching TSG's archives to see if they previously referred to another famous defendant as "Heisman Award-winning Hall of Famer..." (5 pages)
