JULY 22--Meet Lindsey Richter. The former "Survivor" contestant was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with assault following a scuffle with a security guard at a Portland bar. The 28-year-old Oregon woman, who cried her way though the African outback during the third installment of the hit CBS reality series, was allegedly trying to peer into the bar's bathroom via a one-way mirror when the guard asked her to stop. According to cops, she refused and eventually slapped and bit the guard. As a result, Richter is scheduled for an August 12 appearance at the Multnomah County courthouse. (1 page)
