At the direction of a local judge, court officials in Boulder, Colorado yesterday (September 29) released four search warrants executed during the JonBenet Ramsey murder investigation. Since many of the 65 pages released are duplicative, The Smoking Gun is posting only the sworn affidavit filed in support of the last search, conducted at the Ramsey home on January 30. The nine-page document provides a rather detailed summary of prior investigative activity. We have also included a one-page memo prepared by the Boulder district attorney's office (headlined "Notes from Bill Nagel"), which was also released yesterday. (10 pages)
