7/25 UPDATE: Tonya booted from house in BB3 shocker. Turns out Chiara Berti isn't the only "Big Brother 3" houseguest in jeopardy of missing an upcoming court date. Contestant Tonya Paoni is involved in her own messy reality drama in Las Vegas's Clark County District Court, where Paoni's husband Manus filed for divorce in February (a trial is scheduled to begin on August 26). According to a recent affidavit, Manus claims that the 35-year-old mother of five ignored her parental responsibilities, spent nights clubbing, and would disappear for days at a time without letting him know her whereabouts. In support of his filing, Manus submitted a letter from a family friend describing how Tonya's attitude, behavior, and clothing had drastically changed. "Tanya's wardrobe has become progressively more provocative," wrote Leonard Brook, "especially since her breast augmentation surgery."
