FEBRUARY 29--The arrestees featured in today's end-of-the-week mug shot roundup are quite a motley group. For example, the guy in photo #2 is wearing a crown of thorns, of sorts. The perps on page 6 are making offers we'll refuse. The unrelated pair on page 12 may be exaggerating their parental standings.
