After her boyfriend said he was too tired to have sex, a Florida Woman allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and slashed him multiple times on the arm and shoulder, according to a criminal complaint.

The confrontation between Jennifer Lee Chapman, 37, and her live-in boyfriend occurred around 5:45 AM Friday in the couple’s apartment in Dunedin, a Tampa suburb.

A sheriff’s deputy reported that Chapman and the 36-year-old victim “got into a verbal argument over defendant wanting to have sex and the victim did not because he was too tired.”

After Chapman grabbed a knife and cut her arm, the couple began grappling on the kitchen floor. When they briefly separated, Chapman allegedly “cut victim’s left arm and shoulder area multiple times.” She also head-butted and punched her boyfriend in the face, cops allege.

Pictured above, Chapman was arrested yesterday in connection with the July 5 incident. She was booked into the county jail after being charged with aggravated battery, a felony.

Chapman is also facing a probation violation charge in connection with her guilty plea last year for illegally possessing marijuana, crystal meth, and the antidepressant Xanax. She was sentenced in October to two years probation.

A Virginia man wearing a Captain America t-shirt--and not a Thor model--was arrested Tuesday evening for striking two victims in the head with a hammer, police report.

John Jefferson Tuggle, 36, is facing a pair of felony charges in connection with an incident at a residence near his home in Clinchburg.

According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Tuggle “went into another room of the residence and retrieved a hammer," which he then used to hit “both victims in the head.”

While investigators did not reveal a motive for the attack, they believe alcohol and drug use were a factor in the incident. The victims were transported to a local hospital, where they were both listed yesterday in stable condition.

Tuggle is being held without bond in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail.

A corrections officer used a burrito to smuggle narcotics into a Colorado prison, according to investigators who have charged the suspect with multiple felonies.

Acting on information from three inmates who reported that drugs were being brought into the Buena Vista Correctional Facility by a specific employee, officials last week confronted Trevor Martineau, 27, who began working for the state Department of Corrections last August.

During questioning, Martineau reportedly confessed to having narcotics in his lunch box. Upon opening the box, an investigator “discovered a large burrito inside” with a “plastic baggie sticking out” of one end.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the baggie contained several items wrapped in plastic, including 91 grams of methamphetamine, 26 grams of heroin, marijuana wax, and 46 strips of Suboxone, which is used to treat opioid dependence. The bag also contained six thumb drives.

Pictured above, Martineau told an investigator that he was paid $1000 for "picking up the narcotics." The affidavit does not identify who paid Martineau, or to whom the contraband was to be delivered.

Martineau, who was fired after his arrest, has been charged with multiple felony counts in connection with the alleged smuggling scheme. Locked up in the Chaffee County jail, Martineau is scheduled for a July 17 court hearing.

A Florida Man was arrested yesterday after a cop found a mason jar containing marijuana inside a “black Bob Marley backpack” in the suspect’s vehicle.

An arrest affidavit does not indicate what else Samuel Antwoine Bryant, 23, should have been carrying inside his Marley backpack.

Bryant was pulled over around 1:20 PM while driving in St. Petersburg after a sheriff’s deputy determined that his car’s registration was expired (and that the auto had a broken brake light).

Upon approaching the vehicle, Deputy Damarcus Flournoy reported, he detected the smell of pot, prompting a search of Bryant’s ride. The cop discovered “a black Bob Marley backpack” containing a “mason jar with 2 zip lock bags containing a green leafy substance.”

Bryant was arrested after a field test on the 42 grams of green substance tested positive for marijuana. He was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, a felony. Bryant was released last night from the county jail after posting $2000 bond.

Bryant’s rap sheet includes a 2018 conviction for the same crime for which he was busted yesterday. He was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay fines and court costs in that case.

    Meet Lorna Gudykunst.

The 26-year-old Floridian and a male acquaintance are each facing a felony obscenity charge for performing “in a sexual manner” in the presence of a minor who videotaped the fully clothed pair in action.

Gudykunst and Markus Jackson, 22, were arrested early yesterday by investigators with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. Seen above, Gudykunst bonded out of jail after posting $5000 bond, while Jackson remains behind bars.

The pair--who live at separate St. Petersburg homes--were collared after being “observed on video” performing “in a sexual manner to elicit sexual excitement videotaped by the 12-year-old victim.”

A criminal complaint notes that the video was recorded around 6 PM on Wednesday at a residence (the address of which cops redacted from the complaint). It is unclear how police became aware of the video. Additionally, the complaint does not detail the “sexual manner” in which Gudykunst and Jackson (seen at right) were recorded.

When questioned by investigators, “the defendants stated they were dancing,” according to the court filing. Gudykunst reportedly told cops that she knew the child “videotaped the incident.”

Gudykunst, the mother of a young daughter, lists her occupation as “Promotional model” on her Facebook page. She was arrested in late-May after allegedly pointing a 9mm handgun at Kevin Schrage, 24, with whom she lives and has “been in an intimate relationship for approximately 5 years,” according to a court filing.

The felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge against Gudykunst was dismissed by prosecutors on June 24.

The Illinois drug dealer who complained to police that “selling methamphetamine is hard work” has been sentenced to three years in state prison following her guilty plea to a pair of felony narcotics charges.

Lindsey Lowery, 33, was sentenced last month for peddling meth from a home in Swansea, a village about 10 miles east of St. Louis. At the time of Lowery’s arrest last August, she was living in the residence in return for meth provided to the homeowner (who pleaded guilty earlier this year to a felony possession rap and was sentenced to probation).

In a search warrant affidavit, police noted that when they arrested Lowery, she commented on the difficulty of peddling dope. “Lowery stated selling methamphetamine is hard work,” an investigator wrote.

Following her June 3 sentencing, Lowery was admitted to the Logan Correctional Center, a women’s prison located about 30 miles north of Springfield. The state facility houses about 1650 inmates.

Lowery, seen in the above Department of Corrections mug shots, has previously served a pair of state prison terms (for aggravated battery and possession of meth and a firearm).

An Uber driver who had a sex toy nestled in his underwear was discovered masturbating in his vehicle, which was parked on the side of a Connecticut road with its windows fogged up, according to police.

Cops in Monroe, a town just west of New Haven, were responding to a call about a suspicious vehicle last Tuesday when they approached the foggy white BMW.

Upon reaching the car, officers spotted Eliot Buenano, 48, in the driver’s seat pleasuring himself. Seen at right, Buenano was parked about 14 miles away from his residence in West Haven, a neighboring city.

Confronted by cops, Buenano started to pull up his pants while declaring, “I work for Uber.” Alone in the car with an open case of beer next to him, Buenano exhibited signs of intoxication and failed a field sobriety test requiring him to recite the alphabet.

When he was ordered to exit the BMW, Buenano got out of the car and began reaching into his pants, prompting alarmed cops to take him to the ground. Buenano would eventually explain that he was not going for a weapon, but rather was reaching for a sex toy in his underwear. The item was eventually liberated from his drawers.

Buenano, who has worked as an auto mechanic, was arrested for DUI and interfering with police. Free on bond, he is scheduled for a July 23 appearance in the Bridgeport courthouse.

A Florida Woman broke into her ex-girlfriend’s home at 3 AM and assaulted the sleeping victim with a lava lamp, cops allege.

Investigators say that Chanel Hall, 29, earlier this month “forced entry through the locked front door” of the victim’s Tampa-area residence. Hall then went to an upstairs bedroom where the 26-year-old victim was asleep.

According to a criminal complaint, Hall hit her ex “in the forehead with a lava lamp.” The blow opened a gash on the woman’s head that required several stitches to close.

Seen above, Hall was booked Monday on a felony burglary with aggravated battery or assault count. She was also charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Hall, who was released from the Pasco County jail last night after posting $650 bond, has been ordered by a judge to have no contact with the victim. The court complaint notes that, “Victim and Defendant were involved in a sexual relationship for approximately 10 months.”

With her glasses on, Alyssa Zebrasky is almost unrecognizable.

These booking photos were taken earlier this month after the 27-year-old Ohioan was locked up for violating terms of her release in connection with a February plea to felony narcotics possession and misdemeanor theft charges.

Zebrasky was arrested in December 2018 for stealing from Walmart. A search of her purse turned up methamphetamine, a hypodermic needle, and Suboxone (which is prescribed to treat opioid dependence).

Following her conviction, Zebrasky was placed into the custody of an official with a substance abuse treatment center. She was jailed in late-April for violating terms of that release. A Drug Court judge subsequently ordered her freed from the Mahoning County jail and returned to the treatment center.

On June 6, a judge revoked Zebrasky’s bond. Locked up again in the county jail, she is scheduled for a June 26 court hearing.

A Florida Man who twice placed bodily fluids in the water mug of a female co-worker got off this week with a slap on the wrist when he was sentenced for his vile conduct.

Robert Tyson, 63, was placed on probation for one year and ordered to perform 250 hours of community service in connection with his no contest plea to a pair of misdemeanor battery charges, according to minutes of Tuesday’s sentencing hearing.

Pictured at right, Tyson, who was ordered to have no contact with the victim, must also take HIV and STD tests and undergo a mental evaluation.

Tyson was arrested last year after targeting a fellow employee with whom he clashed. Tyson worked with the woman at a dermatology clinic in Tallahassee (from which he was fired).

According to investigators, Tyson placed semen in a water mug used by the victim, who consumed some of the tainted liquid. The woman told police that as she was drinking from the mug, she “became aware of a distinct taste and smell” and “observed a white colored mucous substance floating atop the water.”

The victim also recalled an earlier instance when she “detected a strange taste” in her water and subsequently spotted a “white colored” substance atop the drink.

After the victim told supervisors about the incidents, Tyson sent a confession e-mail to the firm’s HR manager. Tyson wrote that he was “repulsed at the thought of my action,” adding that, “I put a couple of drops of semen in her water. Yes, semen. Why semen? Why put anything at all in there? I-DO-NOT-KNOW!!! I-JUST-DO-NOT-KNOW!!!”

Tyson went on to blame his actions on “exhaustion due to his work schedule,” according to a probable cause affidavit.

As diners at a McDonald’s in Florida enjoyed their Big Macs, a 62-year-old man removed his clothes and performed a “strange dance” before apparently “trying to have relations with a railing,” according to a police report.

Investigators say that John Morgan was arrested Sunday after his impromptu 7:30 PM performance at the restaurant in Collier County. Charged with trespassing, the homeless Morgan was booked into the county jail on the misdemeanor count. He is scheduled for arraignment on July 3.

Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the McDonald’s due to a report of “Male taking clothes off doing a strange dance, subject possibly on drugs.” A 911 caller also reported that “it looked as though the male was trying to have relations with a railing.”

When cops arrived at the restaurant, they encountered Morgan, a regular guest at the county jail who had “been trespassed from this McDonald’s for a previous disturbance he had caused.”

Picture above, Morgan, who performed his dance near the McDonald’s front door, has a long rap sheet, with collars for battery; disturbing the peace; trespass; carrying an open container; and disorderly intoxication.

Health officials are encouraging patients of a Michigan doctor to consider HIV and hepatitis testing after state investigators charged that the physician reused rectal devices at his Kalamazoo-area clinics.

The state’s Department of Health and Human Services yesterday issued the testing guidance for patients of Dr. Roger Beyer, who owns Urological Solutions of Michigan and Women’s Health Care Specialists.

In a May 21 administrative complaint, the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs alleged that Beyer’s practices reused a “rectal pressure sensor” (seen above) despite the fact that the device is only approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for single-patient use.

The disciplinary complaint against Beyer (pictured at right) states that three nurse practitioners told investigators that the rectal sensors were used on multiple patients.

One nurse estimated that “a sensor was used over 100 times before being replaced.” A second nurse said that the device “was cleaned occasionally and re-used on multiple patients” and that she was trained to place the device in a “non-latex glove before inserting it into the patient.”

The device’s manufacturer, Prometheus Group, includes a “warning in the packaging alerting practitioners that this device is meant for single-patient use,” the complaint notes.

The complaint charges Beyer with negligence, failing to conform to “minimal standards of acceptable, prevailing practice for the health professions,” and adulterating a medical device.

According to Beyer’s web site, he is “board certified in OB/GYN and Uro-Gynecology” and is “internationally recognized as an expert in the pelvic floor and is a highly regarded pelvic floor surgeon.”

Since some of you have asked for it, here is the police report detailing the arrest of the 21-year-old Florida Woman whose boyfriend alleged that she “grabbed him by the balls and squeezed them until they were bleeding.”

Katie Lee Pitchford was arrested Tuesday following a 4 AM altercation with the victim at the couple’s Indian Harbour Beach residence.

Seen at right, Pitchford was charged with domestic battery, a misdemeanor. She also faces a probation violation charge in connection with a 2017 felony case for resisting a police officer with violence (Pitchford kicked a cop in the face, groin, and leg after she was found rummaging through a stranger’s car).

According to the June 4 battery report, Pitchford “became enraged and struck her boyfriend with a brush” and punched him in the face.

When cops interviewed the man, he had blood running down his face and his left eye “was starting to bruise.” The victim recounted the alleged testicle throttling, adding that Pitchford also choked him.

While Pitchford denied to police that the duo’s dispute turned physical, she asked an officer if she “could talk to the victim because she wanted to say she was sorry.”

Pitchford, who was booked into the Brevard County jail on $1000 bond, has been ordered by a judge to have no contact with the victim. She is scheduled for a June 25 arraignment.
