Vegas Stripper Refund

JANUARY 21--A New York City man is suing a Las Vegas escort service, claiming that he is suffering from a “psycotic disorder” as a result of an incident last month during which an agency employee “did an illegal sexual act on me during her paid service to me.”

In a lawsuit filed earlier this month in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, Hubert Blackman, a 22-year-old East Harlem resident, alleges that the Las Vegas Exclusive Personals escort “broke the law” during a December 17 encounter. Blackman’s civil rights complaint seeks reimbursment of the $275 he paid the escort, as well as “a $1.8 million verdict for the tragic event that happened.”

“I would like Court to close the business,” he also requests in his January 4 filing, a copy of which you’ll find here.

Blackman, pictured above, was not home when a TSG reporter visited his apartment early this morning. His mother, Brenda Moore, said she was unaware of her son’s lawsuit, which Blackman filed without the aid of a lawyer. “I don’t have any frequent income to get any processing or lawyer fees done,” Blackman reported in a filing seeking a waiver of court fees.

Moore, who said that her son has attended Borough of Manhattan Community College, declined to answer other questions, saying, “I don’t want him to get angry at me.”

In an interview yesterday with the Las Vegas Sun, Blackman explained that he paid $155 for an escort to come to his room at the Stratosphere hotel, where the woman stripped and gave him a lap dance. For another $120, he added, she performed a sexual act. The following morning he called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals seeking a refund because the woman only stayed in his room for 30 minutes, not the agreed-upon hour.

When his request was rejected by the service, Blackman actually contacted Las Vegas cops, who explained that he risked getting busted for engaging in such a prostitution transaction. In his lawsuit, Blackman noted, “I had almost gotten arrested.”

In the “Injuries” section of his complaint, Blackman reported, “I just need medical treatment on medical condition: psycotic disorder.” (4 pages)

Not quite as stupid but pretty damn close: My friends own a hardware store in a mid-sized US town. Having no customers my friend went to straighten the impulse item display where she found a small plastic bag with a white crystal like substance in it on the floor. As she was on the phone with the cops to have them come and pick up the substance a customer who had been in buying, you guessed it, aluminium foil 10 minutes earlier returned to ask her if she had found his drugs. The cops told her to stall him and when she wasn't able to any longer she offered to take the fellow's name and number in case his drugs turned up. The dumb sh*t gave it to her.
Am I the only guy that finds it odd that his name is Blackman and also he is a Black Man. Doesn't that mean he came from a different dimension or something?
My, ain't yo mama proud! All dis time she thought yo was on da cona wit yo homies, ya was in Vegas gettin yo smarts on!! Yo go Snow Flake!
Funny how the poorest people have the most expendable of income. 275$ for a quickie is a price even I couldn't afford - But fortunately, I dont need to pay for it. This definitely qualifies as a lol-suit. Whats next, a coke addict calling the cops when his dealer shortchanges him? I swear, this is an episode of Reno 911 waiting to be improv'ed. Oh and for arguments sake, in case Hubert actually has a friend who can figure out how to use a "Compu'ta": Assuming he won his "1.8 million dollar verdict", it would be a judgment..Those are pretty much never enforced, and being that its an illegal business, your chances are even less of getting a dime. You do however, risk public "Hoomiliashun" and people running escort services tend to not be the most ethical and reasonable associates. Aint no oversight in an illegal industry (Even big business has its flaws..), buyer beware has never been more appropriate. The biggest damage here will come to him in the future, assuming he grows up and gets on a better path: Anyone who looks his name up will get this back as the #1 search result. Its almost as if he bought himself a first-class ticket to the welfare line and ensuring he never gets married.
Ummmmm.... The escort's phone number ends in 6969696. Maybe he was expecting MORE for his money!
He should have just ax'd her for his money back. Could have saved on all the hassle of filing a law suit.
FYI: 2120 1st AVE NYC IS A LOW / NO INCOME HOUSING PROJECT. NICE.
Damn! Must have been a great BJ! I never had a psychotic disorder from my girlfriends or any other woman. Maybe he ought to have tipped her a little more. BTW, I also think Mr. Random-Capitalization Guy made some good points.
I'm sorry, but he "had gotten happen" too stupid to live.
random CAPITALIZATION guy. LOL. That's funny. I think his college smarts are working full-time here! He's suing her so he'll have money put on his books in jail....
RANDOM capitalization-GUY. LOL. I really think he's just planning ahead from his college smarts. By suing her, he'll get LOTSA money put on his books in jail.
The service should offer him the remaining 30 minutes.
Stupid is as...stupid does. Yeah he has probably slept through the English class.
He should actually sue the "college" he's supposedly goes to. He was allowed to skip "English 101", "English as a Second Language 101" and Basic English Grammar Skills for the Functionally Illiterate 101." I've never seen phrases like "...this event had gotten happen..." - and - "A excort had did an illegal sex act on me..." Though, if you put a beat to it, he could make it as a rapper...
Don't matter how much money he asks for, there is no cure for stupid.
WOW! There is so much goofy here you almost don't know where to start. First and foremost, this young man is in college? Really?? Have you read the report he filed? I know third graders who have a better grasp on the English language than he does. Second, he complained that the escort only stayed 30 minutes and not the full hour. Hey buddy, it's not her fault you couldn't last more than a few minutes. Third, hey , you paid her to "do you", and that makes you a "criminal" too Sparky! Fourth, if you suffered $1.8 worth of trauma for engaging in a sex act you should probably refrain from sex in the future as most of the women you will be with will want you to pay them and I can gaurantee they won't have any kind of cash to pay you back for psychotic episodes. And lastly, I'll bet you have made your momma proud!! Not only have you let her know that you pay for sex, but you also let the whole world and all of her friends know too!! You think you have mental issues from the hooker? Wait til momma gets done with you! LOL
Can't say it any better.....How do you think he came up with the 1.8million figure???..
Is the "psycotic" disorder the reason for his piss-poor spelling?
What is the World Coming too. When u Sue the Hooker Who I might add u just paid to do you.what a jerkoff
I read the article 4 times... how do you know the hooker's name is "Sue?" (Sue the Hooker) And... if you go in with a"psycotic" disorder, might this "sue's" service help you? Like in Christmas Vacation: "fall down a well, eyes go crossed; kicked by a mule, eyes uncrossed?"
You've certainly Made Some excellent Points, Mr. Random-Capitalization-Guy.
What a jackass. Why not sue for a billion dollars?
Probably because he couldn't count that high.
I doubt he can count past 21.....
