DECEMBER 8--Meet George Clinton. The colorful singer known as Dr. Funkenstein was busted early Saturday by Tallahassee cops and charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. The 62-year-old Parliament-Funkadelic founder, who owns a home in Florida, spent less than an hour in the Leon County Jail (where he posed for the below mug shot) before coming up with the $2650 he needed to bond out.
