Will the real Costanza please stand up! Michael Costanza, a former college classmate of Jerry Seinfeld, has just sued the comedian for supposedly using his "name, likeness and persona" in the creation of George Costanza, Jerry's shlubby sidekick. The real-life Costanza--who claims that the sitcom portrayal has left him with "severe emotional distress"--is looking for a cool $100 million in reparations, according to this lawsuit filed October 26 in New York's State Supreme Court.
