David Duchovny recently won a $366,000 court judgment against a New York firm that sold bogus autographed photos of the "X-Files" star. A Los Angeles judge set the six-figure award after Duchovny claimed, in this declaration, to have "suffered injury to my peace, happiness, and feelings."
