When TSG opens its search warrant Hall of Fame, this baby will be one of the first inductees. After campus cops at Louisiana State University recently busted Harry "Little Vince" Viccinelli for flashing a school employee, they got this warrant to guarantee a positive ID of the 26-year-old Baton Rouge man. Two comments: Pity the poor photographer. And Little Vinceis real lucky that "No property was seized." (2 pages)
