Nick Nolte was high on the club drug GHB when he was arrested last month (9/11) for drunk driving, according to Los Angeles prosecutors. The 61-year-old actor was hit today (10/23) with two misdemeanor charges stemming from the DUI bust. The below criminal complaint was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. (2 pages)
