Philip K. Dick, the late science fiction author, had quite an imagination. And we're not talking about his novels, one of which became the film "Blade Runner," starring Harrison Ford. Seems that the addled Dick believed that some "covert organization" with neo-Nazi connections was trying to force him to place "coded information" into his books. In these letters to the FBI and the Marin County Sheriff, Dick reveals that he was contacted by one Solarcon-6 (that's a codename, folks), and that the man sought to create mass hysteria by planting information about an incurable strain of syphillis. Seems plausible to us. (3 pages)
