We've all been there before: you're in a swank Las Vegas restaurant when your five bosomy guests strip off their clothes and smear whipped cream and chocolate sauce on their naked bodies. It was this kind of behavior by TV swell Robin Leach and a harem of hotties that--BAM!--landed celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse in hot water. As a result of Leach's May 31 debauchery, Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse was just reprimanded (a/k/a "double secret probation") by Clark County's Business License Department.
