DECEMBER 27--This post-Christmas version of the mug shot roundup kicks off with a 35-year-old Floridian who was arrested Tuesday for failing to pay child support. Considering that t-shirt, we point him to Psalms 103:13: “As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.” As for the remaining suspects, just a few notes:

1) The Ohioan on page #4 was collared last Saturday on a variety of charges, including public intoxication, assault, and resisting arrest. The 58-year-old was part of a large group that descended on a Dayton mall to sing off-color songs as part of “Santarchy,” participants of which dress like Santa and act like asses; 2) Despite being nabbed Thursday for public drunkenness, the 67-year-old Kentuckian on page #7 put on a positive face for his booking session; and 3) The purported “Public Enemy” on page #12 was busted Tuesday in Arkansas on a narcotics rap. He’s a virtual cross between Jimmy Cagney and Chuck D. (14 pages)
