Sasquatch Attack

OCTOBER 19--A Pennsylvania man today told police that a Bigfoot attacked his 1973 Winnebago motor home, smashing out windows and taillights with a fusillade of rocks.

The purported sasquatch attack on John Reed's vehicle is being investigated by state troopers, who issued a press release describing the vandalism suspect as "very large, brown in color, and walks somewhat hunched over." Reed, investigators added, was unable to describe whether the attacker "was hairy."

Reed, 39, told probers that he spotted the Bigfoot while driving near his home in Lykens, a borough in Dauphin County. After turning on the RV's exterior lights, Reed claimed, the ape-like creature began throwing rocks at the Winnebago (apparently in an effort to avoid discovery, troopers concluded).

The Winnebago incident occurred between September 15 and October 8, Reed told troopers.

In a remarkable coincidence, Reed (pictured above) happens to be a sasquatch hunter himself, and recently opened a Facebook group devoted to efforts to tracking down the elusive beast. He uses the Winnebago--which he calls the "dog house"--as a rolling base for his nightly Bigfoot operations.

In a September 11 post, Reed reported that, "ROCKS THROWN THROUGH THE DOG HOUSE WINDOW......VANDELISM?? OR SQUATCH ATTACK?!!!!!!!!" The Winnebago is pictured below.

In describing his group, Reed noted, "WE STUDY MORE THAN HUNT... WE GET OUT IN THE FIELD EVERY DAY... AND SPEND MOST WEEKENDS IN THE MOUNTAINS OF PA ..SEARCHING FOR EVIDENCE SEARCHING FOR SINGS SEARCHING FOR SQUATCH...."

Reed also offers helpful advice if you come face-to-face with a sasquatch. "bigfoot tip #1 when being chased by a sasquatch run up hill if its a male .. they have an extended forehead so they have to stop offten to look up." He adds, "if its a female run down hill they have no bras so they got big ole lady boobs and when running downhill they flop about and they have to stop to plop them over their shoulders....."
