The perp with the wildly prodigious posterior is Oneal Ron Morris, a 30-year-old transgender Florida woman arrested in mid-November for administering illegal buttocks injections. Police allege that Morris used a mixture of cement, super glue, mineral oil, and “Fix-a-Flat” sealant to artificially enhance her customers. A clientele, it seems, that includes Morris herself.
