As if the wonderful gifts of "Melrose Place," "Beverly Hills 90210," and daughter Tori were not enough, producer Aaron Spelling has insisted on forming a charitable foundation. The Candy & Aaron Spelling Foundation opened in November 1997, so its tax return covers only five weeks of philanthropy.
