William Kennedy Smith

William Kennedy Smith, the nephew of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Senator Ted Kennedy, was arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office in April 1991 and charged with raping a woman he had met at a Florida bar. Smith, 31 at the time, was acquitted after a trial.
