Singer The Weeknd was arrested in January 2015 after he struck a cop in the head during a melee at a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. The R&B performer (real name: Abel Tesfaye) subsequently pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge and was ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and attend anger management classes.
