Heather Locklear was busted in June 2018 on two misdemeanor counts of battery against police and emergency personnel. The former “Melrose Place” star was reportedly intoxicated when cops arrived at her Los Angeles home in response to a domestic disturbance call. The actress, described by police as “very uncooperative,” allegedly kicked a sheriff’s deputy and a medic.
