Howard's voter fraud was obviously aimed at protecting his privacy, though that certainly doesn't excuse his sleazy scheme. If he didn't want the public to know his address, Stern could have left the race before petitions were even circulated. The radio big shot has other ways of protecting his privacy, though, as these responses to Freedom of Information requests reveal. As O.J. Simpson once remarked to Howard, "Look Out!"
