Though beau Ben Affleck owns a loft seven blocks away, Jennifer Lopez has just rented--for the short term--a ritzy Tribeca crib that costs a whopping $13,500 a month, according to a recent New York Post report.
With a new album and movie due in December, J. Lo apparently will be spending much time promoting those releases in Gotham, where she will be crashing in a four-bedroom loft. According to the broker's description, "from the dark hardwood floors to the stainless steel/Sub-Zero chef's kitchen, this loft leaves nothing to be desired."
