You know the criminal case will be weird when the property voucher lists the three items shown on this Raleigh Police Department report.
On August 3, cops busted Dr. Stephen Dingman, a 37-year-old nuclear medicine resident, for indecent exposure--but we're not going to give away the details of the good doctor's arrest. You'll just have to read the North Carolina Medical Board's "notice of charges and allegations," which contends that Dingman has engaged in "immoral or dishonorable conduct."
While we shudder to think about Dingman's bedside manner, he can't lay a hand on dastardly Dr. Forman. (5 pages)
