Strike Two For Female Predator

APRIL 3--A Wisconsin woman who was charged two weeks ago with having sex with a teenage boy was arrested again yesterday when cops went to her residence and found her there with the child.

Jaime Foss, 31, was immediately jailed for violating bail terms imposed after she was charged March 19 with three counts of sexual assault of a child. Foss, who was nabbed shortly before she was due in court on the original charges, is pictured in these mug shots, which were snapped after yesterday's bust and her initial arrest. As part of her bail package, Foss was to have no contact with the boy, whom she met at the Calvary Assembly of God church in West Bend (Foss had worked there as a temp).

According to a graphic criminal complaint, Foss and the teenager had sexual contact on several occasions in the woman's home. On two dates, Foss's 'kids were asleep' elsewhere in the house. After the boy--who is identified by his initials in court records--admitted to cops that he had sex with Foss, the woman acknowledged the illicit contact when confronted by investigators.

She said that during the week of March 10, she met with the teenager to discuss their relationship. They decided, she told cops, that the boy could not 'provide her with what she needs' and that the pair would cease having sex until he turned 18.

According to the Circuit Court complaint, she recalled telling the boy to 'live his life' for the next three years and 'if she is still single when he is eighteen they can start a relationship.' If convicted of the sex assault charges, Foss could face a maximum of 40 years in prison on each felony count. (4 pages)
