Nicole Richie posed for the above left mug shot on August 23, 2007 after surrendering to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department to begin serving four days in jail for a DUI conviction. The reality TV actress was released after spending 82 minutes in custody. The photo on the right was taken by the sheriff's department in December 2006 after Richie was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

How is this bimbo even considered a celebrity? She is the adopted daughter of the guy that sang "Dancing on the Ceiling", and THAT makes her a celebrity!?!?

She's got "the Pose" down perfectly! Except for her hair, she has the exact same expression and pose in both pictures. Second DUI and she spends less than 90 minutes in jail? And they say the celebs don't get special treatment!
