After allegedly running a stop sign, the 43-year-old performer was pulled over by cops who subsequently arrested him for driving while intoxicated. Timberlake, driving a 2025 BMW, was busted in June 2024 after leaving a hotel bar in Sag Harbor, a Long Island, N.Y. village. According to a police report, Timberlake fared poorly on field sobriety tests and his eyes were “bloodshot and glassy” and he smelled of booze. “I had one martini,” claimed Timberlake, who refused multiple police requests to take a breathalyzer test. “No, I’m not doing a chemical test,” the singer reportedly declared.
