Busted Alabaman joins group of arrestees who faced music with aplomb

AUGUST 16--Meet James Hulsey. A parole violation landed the hirsute Alabaman in a Birmingham jail yesterday. Hulsey, 40, is notable for a forehead tattoo that makes him resemble a denied mortgage application. As seen on the following pages, Hulsey joins a growing list of arrestees who bear such identifying features as swastikas, expletives, spackle, and, of course, gold paint. (6 pages)
