Here's a police lab report, filed this week in the Arlington County Circuit Court, detailing how genetic evidence ties the NBC broadcaster to a February encounter in an Arlington hotel room. Laboratory tests matched an Albert blood sample with semen recovered from the victim's clothes and her chest. Other genetic material, recovered from a bite mark on the woman's back, also matched Albert's DNA profile. Albert, who denies any wrongdoing, is scheduled to face trial September 22 on sodomy and assault charges.
