This past Saturday marked the second anniversary of the death of Jerry Garcia. But, unlike Elvis, it appears the Grateful Dead star has remained dead. Garcia's $9.9 million estate, though, lives on. Here's a detailed accounting of what Jerry left behind, from his real estate to his guitars to his comic book collection.
