A few months back, we reported that John "Stuttering John" Melendez had sued Sharon Stone after the Howard Stern sidekick was allegedly throttled by the star's bodyguard. Well, we're happy to report that the two sides have recently ended their legal dispute, though settlement terms were not disclosed in these papers filed in New York's State Supreme Court. But a copy of poor John's medical diagnosis was in the file and it details not only his injuries, but John's need to lose weight. Ouch. (4 pages)
