Perhaps Howard Stern is growing tired of early-morning limo rides from
Long Island to his New York City radio studio. Because, according to
published reports, the King of All Media has recently plunked down
$5.9 million for a 54th-floor Manhattan condominium (though the deed
has yet to be filed with city officials). Those seven figures got
Stern a 4149-square-foot pad with four bedrooms, six baths, and
stunning views (Howie can probably even see rival Don Imus's penthouse
two blocks to the east). Here are the floorplans for the new Stern
spread, which is actually two apartments that were combined by the
previous owner. These drawings were included in the offering plan
issued by the condominium's sponsor. (2 pages)
