FEBRUARY 22--While most of the mug shots in this end-of-the-week photo potpourri are self-explanatory, here are a few important notes: 1) The guy's temporary tattoo in photo #2 advertises a band. 2) The bow-tied gentlemen in photo #4 are unrelated and were busted in different states. 3) The ink on the female arrestee in photo #7 is permanent. Permanently fabulous. 4) We can only assume that the perp in photo #10 has an expectorating problem. (19 pages)
