Male victim found gagged, bound with pantyhose in abandoned building

MARCH 12--Even for the libertine confines of Key West, Florida, the discovery Sunday morning of a bound man dressed in women's clothing in an abandoned building was a bit strange for local cops. According to a police report, the 32-year-old victim was discovered in the vacant property, where he was seated in a chair and "bound at the wrists, legs, and mouth with pantyhose," which had been "twisted and used like rope." A foam ball had been stuffed in his mouth, a la The Gimp, and he had pantyhose wrapped around his head, according to the Key West Police Department report, a copy of which you'll find below. The victim--whose name we have redacted from the report--told cops that he ended up at the unoccupied building after meeting a man earlier near a local bar. After agreeing to "fool around" in the nearby abandoned house, things got a bit weird. The victim, who was not harmed, told said that he was alone in the building for about 30 minutes before officers arrived. A supplemental police report indicates that evidence removed from the abandoned property included a blue vibrator, a bra, cosmetics, two tennis balls, a flashlight, and Duracell batteries.
