Pop star demands roasted chicken and no sweaty cheese backstage

APRIL 2--Lady Gaga will not suffer sweaty or smelly cheese. The chart-topping pop singer, who did a star turn last night on "American Idol," demands that her fromage be odorless and served on ice, according to her current tour rider, an excerpt of which you'll find below. And, like the E Street Band's Clarence Clemons, the 23-year-old Gaga (real name: Stefani Germanotta) also requires a "whole roasted chicken" in her dressing room.
