Cops ID, Release Photo Of Second California Thug Seen In Viral Beating Video

California cops today identified the second man seen assaulting a defenseless woman in a harrowing video that prompted outrage as it went viral this week.

Sacramento cops are seeking to arrest Donnell Wade, 19, in connection with the October 1 attack at a strip mall.

Efforts to locate Wade have not proven successful, so investigators today released the above mug shot of him taken after a prior arrest. According to a press release, police are hoping to receive help from members of the public to learn Wade’s whereabouts.

Wade is being sought on a warrant for assault with a gang enhancement. He is seen towards the end of the 1:51 video delivering a brutal roundhouse left to the woman’s face. After leveling the 42-year-old victim--who was left crumpled on a sidewalk--Wade made no effort to hide his face as he strode past the cameraman.

Police yesterday arrested Rasaan Zawadi, 21, on a similar assault charge. Zawadi is seen at the video’s outset striking the woman in the face (an assault that drew gales of laughter from the man filming the assault).
