Until The Smoking Gun got these documents, the weirdest topping we'd ever seen on a pizza was pineapple. But at The Ice House in Albuquerque, adult entertainer Stephanie Evans (the so-called "Human Super Soaker") topped that. Here's a series of documents chronicling Stephanie's run-in last year with the local Environmental Health Department. We're happy to note that, in a follow-up visit, city inspectors reported that the club had ceased "food service during acts involving vaginal discharge." (4 pages)
