Polygamess: Woman Busted In Throuple Tussle
After three becomes two, domestic disturbance ensues

SEPTEMBER 26--The contentious demise of a throuple resulted in the arrest of a female member of the polygamous trio, police report.
Responding to a 10 PM domestic disturbance call, police in Summerfield, Florida encountered Devon Driscoll, 26, who “advised she wants her ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend to get kicked out of the house.”
The residence is a doublewide mobile home that was purchased by Driscoll’s mother in 2023 for $172,500, according to property records.
Driscoll, police reported, explained that she “was in a polygamous relationship with the two but has since broken up and wants them out.” Driscoll’s former partners were Anicia Bolivar, 25, and Christopher Rosario, 27. Bolivar and Rosario have a daughter in common, court records show.
As for two becoming three, it is unclear when Driscoll got involved with Bolivar and Rosario (each of whom is pictured above).
During the disturbance late Tuesday, Driscoll allegedly struck Bolivar in the head while on the home’s front porch (seen below). Bolivar said she pushed back “in self-defense,” which caused Driscoll to fall down a couple of steps. Rosario provided police with a similar description of the incident.
Driscoll, who denied shoving Bolivar in the face, was judged the primary aggressor by deputies who arrested her for simple domestic battery, a misdemeanor. After being booked into the Marion County jail, Driscoll was freed on her own recognizance and ordered to have no contact with Bolivar.
On an application seeking a public defender, Driscoll stated that she had three dependents and $4900 in monthly income. Court filings do not indicate where the former throuple members are now domiciled.
