Arrest After Coitus Was Interrupted

AUGUST 25--A Florida Man is behind bars for allegedly headbutting his girlfriend after she became upset when he began watching a pornographic video while they were having sex, police charge.

According to court records, Donald Naples, 44, and the victim were recently “engaged in consensual sexual intercourse” when Naples simultaneously began engaging with some adult entertainment.

The 3 AM film session, however, did not sit well with the 50-year-old victim.

The woman “became upset by the defendant’s actions and told him to stop,” cops say. She also directed Naples to “finish himself.”

During the argument that followed, Naples allegedly “headbutted the victim in the nose, causing significant bleeding.” The woman was transported to a local hospital and treated for her injuries.

The couple, investigators reported, “have been in a romantic relationship for approximately six months.”

After being read his rights, Naples (seen above) declined to provide police with a statement. Since he has a previous battery conviction on his record, the charge against Naples was enhanced to a felony count. Locked up in lieu of $10,000 bond, he has been ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Naples was arrested last year for methamphetamine possession, but eventually pleaded to a reduced paraphernalia charge. He also has convictions for robbery, marijuana possession, resisting, and violating probation on his rap sheet. (1 page)
