John Wayne Bobbitt, he of the formerly severed penis, was arrested by Las Vegas police seven times for a variety of offenses between 1994 and 2002. Since details of Bobbitt's rap sheet probably don't even hold his lawyer's attention, TSG won't burden you with them.
