Lucky for him he's been dead 158 years, or Francis Scott Key would be one pissed-off patriot based on the recent illicit doings at a Maryland high school named after the "Star Spangled Banner" author. In two separate cases, young female teachers have recently been arrested for having sex with underage male students. As these District Court records show, 24-year-old Kimberly Merson, who coached the school's cheerleading squad and was a full-time substitute, was busted on May 19. Four days later, Tracie Mokry, a 21-year-old art teacher was also nabbed. Local cops say that the women, who both face various child abuse charges, did not know each other. But they shared a similar m.o., one which saw them ply youngsters with booze during parties in their respective residences. We've redacted the names of two boys named in the Mokry document--but there's nothing we can do about the Sarge's crappy spelling. (6 pages)
