What a difference a few years can make for those accused

OCTOBER 2--The Florida gent who begins this week's mug shot roundup has been arrested three times since early-2006. The 37-year-old's most recent booking photo, snapped today after a felony firearms bust, reflects his tough guy transformation. As for the other suspects, a few notes: 1) The 18-year-old Texas A&M fan on page #2 was arrested last Saturday, while the college's football team romped to a 56-19 victory. She was charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest (but you knew that already); 2) The dapper Texan on page #7 was photographed Wednesday in connection with his guilty plea to a drunk driving charge; and 3) It is unclear whether the Floridian on page #11 (a 27-year-old laborer) had his nickname tattooed on his arm, or whether he is just an unusually devoted spuds fan.
